The change process is challenging but together we will design the optimum program for you, then track your progress each step of the way.

Key areas where coaching has been highly effective for my clients:

  • Integrating work and other key areas of your life - We will work together to design a leadership blueprint that integrates the core areas and define what degree of balance is sustainable.
  • Prioritizing what’s truly important - Entrepreneurs, leaders and high achievers naturally have a lot of things packed into each day. The key is to be proactive and schedule your priorities rather than prioritize your schedule. Self-care should be high on the list to bring out your best.
  • Gaining greater clarity around personal and professional goals - It’s easy to set a goal and not hold yourself accountable. It’s much more challenging to craft a clear vision with the small steps you want to take and stay on course. This is how a coach can make a difference.

Coaching is most effective when you have a specific goal in mind. At our initial consultation for individual coaching, we'll talk for 60 minutes either in person or over the phone to gain an in-depth understanding of where you are and where you want to go. We will clarify your vision and your short and long term goals. We'll begin crafting a leadership blueprint that includes small steps to meaningful change.
